This is a paper I wrote back in 1993. I get asked for copies of it from time to time.
I don't have a text version available (i.e., no PS or PDF or WORD), but I did find one paper copy
that was mostly complete except for the last page of the appendix. This last page contains only a couple of equations (I believe)
and was only included for ease of reference. I believe that these equations can be found in other references on equinoctial elements.
